Psalm 99

Now, if you don't want to take time and if you don't investigate and if you refuse to think and you just blindly "believe" teachers and priests and scientists, you will laugh at this, but it is true - according to the Bible the humankind and the universe are approximately 6000 years old. Maybe, just maybe one can argue from the Bible, that the world could be older than 6000 years, but one cannot argue from the Bible, that humankind is older than 6000 years. So is the Bible wrong, since we "know" that the world and humankind are much, much older? Well, how do you "know"? What is your argument to support your claim? Majority of people just blindly believes whatever they are told, but know this, that all "scientific" evidences about this huge subject are burdened with huge errors, about which pretty much no one wants to speak about. Even scientists themselves don't think about those things... they just blindly "believe" as the rest of the world... You don't need to be extra smart to understand, where they are wrong... even much less than average intelligence can comprehend those errors. But at least in Europe - if you speak about those things, people think you are crazy and unintelligent, a blind follower of a lying religion of yesterday - that is namely biblical Christianity in their eyes. Well, if you are able to give rational arguments about your claims and someone else cannot give them, but just "believes"... Tell me then - Who is crazy and blind follower of a lying religion?

On the surface our lives makes sense and the Bible doesn't - but if you are prepared to take another look, a little bit deeper, you will realize, that it is our life, which doesn't make sense, but the Bible does... And when you accept the Gospel of Jesus Christ, then your life will also make sense...

And His-story can be divided into 7 pretty much equal parts, which last for approximately 1000 years each. If you compare 7 days of creation with 7 "millenniums", you find very good agreement between them. That should not be a great surprise for us, since we know, that one day with the Lord is as 1000 years... (2Pet 3:8, Ps 90:4)
And in the last millennium Jesus Christ will rule over the whole Earth. Before him, the Antichrist, man of sin, man of perdition will be revealed (2Thes 2), claiming himself to be god... Since Jesus Christ is the LORD, the man of sin might even claim, that he is Christ and many will believe him.
As it was longtime ago foretold and noted in the Bible, people will become at that time exceedingly evil and God will tell them in his own way, that he doesn't like that. This time is known as the great tribulation. Plagues, that killed a third or even more human population during the middle ages, are a joke in comparison with the great tribulation. Around that time, the earth will undergo a huge earthquake (Rev 6:12-14, Rev 16:18), in which the whole earth will move... Such a great earthquake was never experienced by humankind... And after the great tribulation, it is no wonder, that there will be once again a great fear toward God. Jesus Christ will rule the Earth... And at the end of the last "millennium" the Earth and heaven will be changed and everything will be made perfect - even the death will be destroyed... That's what I call happy ending. And then the holy city, new Jerusalem will descend out of heaven from God (compare Rev 21:2) and God will be worshiped for ever and ever in his holy city, Zion.

Now, interesting thing to notice is, what did Isaiah prophesy about Jesus Christ a long, long time ago :) Let's read (Is 11:2): "And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;" Seven spirits are mentioned. You could compare them with the history of the humankind as it is recorded in the Bible, but if you don't want to do that - at least notice, that the last spirit was and is... spirit of the fear of the LORD!!! Coincidence? Well, after hundreds if not thousands of "coincidences" you realize, that everything written in the Bible cannot be coincidence...

And now, you might be able at least to some extent understand, what this Psalm is about.

Let me tell you just one more thing: know this, that Psalm is not speaking only about the future... The word of God is unlimited - our mind and we are limited... So, this is only one explanation... There are many right explanations and many wrong ones... Which one is right and which wrong? If explanation contradicts the Bible, it is a wrong explanation (if it is taken out of biblical context).

verse 1: "The LORD reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved."
Do you remember great tribulation, earthquake, Jesus Christ?
verse 2: "The LORD is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people."
Tell this to a man of sin and to the man of sin, to an ordinary man and an ordinary woman of today... They think, that they are above God...
verse 3: "Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy."
Well, people are afraid of Apocalypse, when the man of sin will be destroyed... and Jesus Christ will be revealed as king over the whole earth. For them his name is terrible... But not only for them - for me also and for every Christian, who is in reality born again - fear of God comes on him... when he or she realizes, who he or she is, what he or she had done in his, her life and who God is... He is holy, we are not (yet)... But only thanks to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we can become sanctified, holy - to be able to come into his presence...
verse 6: "Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the LORD, and he answered them."
It is not that the LORD does not hear - he hears and answers - but not to a man of sin...
verse 7: "...they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them"
compare that with a man of sin...
verse 8: "Thou answeredst them, O LORD our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions."
He forgave them and they are with him now... but still, he took vengeance of their inventions... Even Moses and Aaron and Samuel were not blameless in front of the holy Lord, what to say about me and you!! He is holy, holy, holy - we are not (yet).
verse 9: "Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy."
And that is my wish for you too: exalt the LORD, do not curse him anymore... Would you dare to curse someone, who is ten times more powerful than you are? No? So, how come then you don't mind to curse or pay movie stars to curse him and find pleasure in watching them, who curse him in majority of movies, him, who is more than ...infinity:)... times more powerful than the whole humanity together is and was and will ever be...

Interesting to notice is, that this is the 9th verse of the Psalm 99. Ps 99:9 is telling us to exalt the LORD, but the man of sin turns around whatever God says... 999 becomes 666 and instead of exalting the LORD, he wants to mock him, he will try to exalt himself about the LORD, who is blessed for ever...

And just one more thing - from the Bible (Daniel 7:25) we find out, that man of sin will try to change times... Hum... Which year is it? Is it 10 000 000 000th year from the Big-bang or 6000th year from the creation? My advice to you (and me) is: start digging, investigate, start to think, to feel, to love and to exalt the LORD :)

We still have time to choose, which way we want to go - will we choose lie or truth, curse or blessing, stupidity or wisdom, hatred or love, death or life, the man of perdition or Jesus Christ (the real one - as he is described in the Holy Bible).
Choose wisely ;) - many people namely will not make a wise choice...
